Room size too cramped!!! Lack of proper sound insulation makes for restless nights!!! The area feels a bit sketchy after dark, which adds to the discomfort!!! A coffee maker would have improved the overall experience!!!

Perfect budget stay near Termini
The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stayed spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, offering help with directions and local attractions.
The room was quite small and noise from the street could be disruptive at night, which may not suit light sleepers. the bathroom facilities were cramped.

We had an amazing stay! The receptionists, Camillia and Ulkar, were incredibly personable and helpful, giving us great dining and sightseeing tips. The room was clean and spacious, with fast Wi-Fi. Plus, it’s super close to the metro and Colosseum. The breakfast in nearby cafes was lovely! 😊

staying at flavio was a delight! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the central railway station. the staff, ulkar and camellia, were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help us feel welcome. we also loved how clean our double room was!
just beware it's more of a budget accommodation.

The hotel features very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist with local tips and personal requests, creating a warm atmosphere. Room cleanliness was impressive, and the air conditioning provided a refreshing retreat from the summer heat. the room was small for three people, and street noise made sleeping a challenge. The neighborhood felt less safe at night, which was concerning for a family with children.
